The Court declared the complaints about Article 8 and Article 14 (read
in conjunction with Article 8) admissible and the rest of the
application inadmissibly. The Court further held that the respondent
State should pay the applicants damages (The case regards the
disclosure of Jehovah’s Witnesses’ medical files following their
refusal of blood transfusions).
