Sentenza 07 agosto 2014
A New Mexico federal district judge ruled that a monument of the Ten
Commandments on a municipal building lawn violated the First
Amendment, specifically the “Establishment Clause” which
forbids the government from favoring one religion over another or
establishing a religion. The City of Bloomfield, New Mexico, a
municipal corporation, must remove the Ten Commandments monument from
its City Hall Lawn by September 10, 2014.
