evangelica locale aperta al culto pubblico non spetta alle ADI, nella
qualità di proprietarie dell’edificio, bensì alla comunità
evangelica locale che ne risulti possessore, a nulla rilevando in
senso contrario né la mera indicazione di fonti documentali come
prova della dipendenza del possessore dal titolare di un diritto reale
sul bene, né eventuali provvedimenti disciplinari destinati ad
operare esclusivamente all’interno dell’ordinamento confessionale
specifico.
